Return Policy

ZNGAMING-NET does not return the money that is received for the items, for that we do not have a return policy.Incase there is a item wipe, server wipe or items are lost due to server problems, those items will be returned, those do have a return policy. But not if the items are lost, traded, sold or deleted.

Shipping Policy

The items will be delivered instantly. As soon as you give the payment through www.paypal.com you will receive the credits on your ZNGAMING-NET account, where you can put those credits into the item you desire after which, you go ingame, and speak to the Donation Item Redemption NPC and retrieve the items you put your credits into, finalizing the donation transaction.

Invoice

The invoice from your payment will be received through the email which you payed. Which you should keep safe as record of your payment. That is your proof that you have made the payment so you should save that Invoice safely. Any queries will be answered within one to seven days of payment received.

Payment

The payment is made immediately after you make the transaction through www.paypal.com (This payment page is secured via a SSL certificate) after which you should be able to go to the site ZNGAMING-NET and be able to use the credits for the amount you payed for. After that you may follow the steps of Shipping Policy.
